We Are Falling, LLC ("Entryway," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Entryway mobile application and website at entrywaychat.com (together, the "Service"). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Information We Collect

Account information: Your name, email address, and timezone when you create an account. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email from those providers. OAuth tokens are used solely for sign-in verification and are not stored or shared with third parties.

Messages and content: Chat messages you send (to our AI assistant and to your agent), images you upload, property notes, journal entries, and search preferences. This content is core to how the product works.

Property activity: Properties you view, save, share, or dismiss. Visit scheduling data including dates, times, and status.

Device information: Push notification tokens (so we can send you notifications), device timezone, and crash/error reports via Sentry for debugging.

Usage data: We track AI usage internally (which models are called, token counts, cost) for billing and service management. This is aggregate operational data, not behavioral profiling.

Cookies and local storage: Our web application uses cookies and local storage for authentication (httpOnly session cookies) and to remember your preferences. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, though some features may not function properly without them.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate Entryway. Each receives only the data necessary for its function:

All third-party service providers listed above are contractually or policy-bound to protect your data consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Property data providers (BrightData, OpenWebNinja, Mashvisor) receive property URLs and addresses only — no personal information is sent to these services.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers hosted by Render in the United States. We use encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Authentication tokens are stored securely using httpOnly cookies. Sensitive credentials and API keys are encrypted using Rails encrypted credentials. We take reasonable measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of your data.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention). Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for service improvement.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account from the Account screen within the app, or by contacting us at support@entrywaychat.com. Account deletion removes your personal data within 30 days.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us.

California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information.

EU residents (GDPR): You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, data portability, and restriction of processing. Our legal basis for processing is contract performance (providing the service you signed up for) and legitimate interest (service improvement and security). You may contact us to exercise any of these rights.

Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw consent for AI data processing at any time by deleting your account through the Account screen in the app. Because AI processing is core to the Entryway experience, withdrawing consent requires discontinuing use of the Service. Deletion of your account will remove your personal data from our systems within 30 days. To request that Anthropic delete data already shared with them, contact us at support@entrywaychat.com and we will submit a deletion request on your behalf.

Children's Privacy

Entryway is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Business Transfers

If Entryway, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired or in the event that Entryway goes out of business, user information may be one of the assets transferred. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
